If you can't Log in to your Nixplay Cloud Account, it may be that you forgot your password or you do not have an account yet.
If you Forgot Your Password
If you have already an account but you forgot your password, select "Forgot your password?" below the Log in button. You do not have to input your username on the box, just simply click on "Forgot your password?" link.
Enter your email address, make sure that the email you enter is your day to day email account, not the one ending in "@mynixplay.com". Click"Submit".
After you submit, a Reminder Sent box will appear that the password has been sent to your email address. Open your email address and check your inbox.
If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk/spam mail boxes/folders.
In your email account inbox, open the message you receive from Nixplay to reset your password. Click "Reset Password".
After you select the "Reset Password", you need to create a new password for your Nixplay Cloud account, just enter the new password below twice. Please use at least 6 characters in your password.
After you submit your new password, you can now login using your Nixplay username and password.
Do not have an account?
If you don't have a Nixplay Cloud Account, you can create your own account by clicking "Do not have an account?".
To get started just fill in the needed information.
- Click "Terms of Service" to review the Terms of Service.
- Click "Next"
You can have your own account by putting your username and password twice.
Click "Create Account".
