Whilst being offline takes away from the superior product positioning of Nixplay, we understand the fast paced lifestyle that many of our users have. Whether its a regular business traveler or an expat family, we continuous strive to make our products as hassle-free as possible. At present, if you have a frame model that runs around a WiFi architecture, there are a couple of ways the frame can still display those all-important images without a connection:
- you can display your already downloaded Playlist photos even if your offline.
- you can use your USB Flashdrive or SD Card to display your photos.
How can I get my frame connected to my wireless network?
Like any frame, Nixplay product lines that run on WiFi needs to be connected to a network. We have listed a step-by-step guide below. Like most devices, it is pretty easy to establish the connection and you can connect automatically the next time that you're in range of a network.
First you need to connect your frame to the WIFI network.
After that you need to Login your account, Go to: www.nixplay.com, If you don't have an account just click "Do not have an account?" to create a new one.
After you logged in to your account you will see the main page. Then, click "Frames" tab to see your online and offline frames.
Select the frame that is connected to your account. If you want to show your connectivity or not, just click "Show Connectivity Status" and it is shown at the bottom of the page.
