Here are some possible reasons:
- Check that the correct email address is being used (you can find the correct email address under the Account Settings online or on the mobile Nixplay app.
- Each email address needs to be allocated to a playlist under ‘Friends’ in your Nixplay App or online. If an email address is not assigned to a playlist, photos from that email address will not appear on your frame.
- Check if the standard requirements for emailing photos are being met.
