Here are some possible reasons:
1. Check if your Nixplay Frame is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
2. Check if the standard requirements for emailing photos are being met. Refer to this article for more information.
3. Make sure that your friends are sending a maximum of 10 photos per email.
4. Check if the correct @mynixplay.com address is being used. You can find the correct email address under Account Settings on www.nixplay.com or on the Nixplay Mobile App.
5. Each email address should be assigned to a playlist under the ‘Friends’ section on www.nixplay.com or on the Nixplay Mobile App. If an email address is not assigned to a playlist, photos from that email address will not appear on your frame.
