Enable the Captions on the Frame settings page on your Nixplay.com account.
To do this, go to the 'Frames' tab and then select your frame. Under the Playlist Settings on the right side, look for Captions, and from the dropdown menu beside it, select Enable. Click Save These Settings on the lower right part of the page.
Click the Albums tab located toward the top left area of page. Open the Album where the photo is saved.
This can be either under the 'Nixplay' albums (Nixplay icon), or the 'mynixplay Email' albums (envelope icon).
Pick a photo where you would like to add a caption.
Move the mouse pointer to the Menu Bar in the upper right hand corner of the photo you want to add caption to and it will display the Menu Bar Options.
Click on the Edit Caption option, the speech balloon icon.
The photo will be enlarged, and there will be a text box below where you can type insert your caption.
To save the caption, you can either hit the 'Enter' key on your keyboard, or click the Check Mark icon on the upper left
portion of the text box.
The caption should now be added to the photo.
Note: Currently, adding captions is only available for the photos saved/uploaded to our cloud storage (Nixplay or mynixplay Email albums). It is not available for photos being accessed or streamed from third-party social media sites or photo/file sharing sites (Facebook, Picasa, Instagram, Dropbox, or Flickr).
