Nixplay Username Change Info

This topic is for people who have Nixplay.com accts and who have already established their email@example.com when they activated their frame.
We do apologize for the inconvenience but at the present time the software uses the username for primary security identifications in all the customer's photos and is security encrypted thus requiring the username to remain constant and unchanged.
Therefore, it is not possible to change your username.
The only approach for the moment is to rebuild another Nixplay acct with the username you desire, reloading photos with the new username encrypted in them and we can help you with that as unpairing your frame and pairing it again to your new acct is required. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you on this approach. Emailed photos will need to be downloaded and re-uploaded into a Nixplay Album for the time being. Some features are coming down the road that will make this more easily done.
