The Motion Sensor is set to turn the Frame off, but it doesn't. Why?
About this aspect:
If you have set the Motion Sensor to turn the frame off after a set amount of time, then it should do exactly that, provided there is no physical movement around the frame within the set time.
So far, we have discovered a potential reason that might interfere with this...AIR CONDITIONING!
The infrared sensor on the frames is looking for changes in infrared energy caused by movement in objects, ie humans, pets, etc.
However, as the sensor is sensitive to changes in temperature, this therefore includes objects that emit hot or cold air flow.
For this reason, we recommend you do not have the frame located near air conditioners or heat emitting devices.
