The USB Drive provided with my frame is not working
About this aspect:
On occasion, the USB Drive that is provided with certain models of NIX frames might cease to work due to malfunction or wear and tear; this is expected in the life of USB Drives, but not often.
However, please note; if you have a NIX USB and it is not working properly for some reason, simply:
1) Contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Let us know the issue and provide a reference to your original order number
3) Without fuss, we will send you a brand new NIX USB Drive at our expense.
We have many spare USB Drives in our stock, so even if you are out of Warranty* but can show proof of purchase, we will more often than not keep you stocked with a USB Drive.
Note; * this applies to USB Drives only, not Digital Photo Frames
