If you have an Alexa device and a Nixplay Frame, you can now install our Nixplay Skill, and command your frame to perform some functions. Here's how to get set up:
1. Before you start
Install the Alexa app from your iOS app store or Google Play Store or the Alexa web app.
Pair your Alexa device
Make sure your Nixplay Wifi Cloud Frame is connected to Wifi and paired to a Nixplay Account.
2. Install Nixplay Frame skill
In your Alexa app (mobile/web), go to "Skills" in the side menu.'
In the search bar, type in "Nixplay" and choose "Nixplay Frame" skill.
Click on the Nixplay Frame skill.
Click on the blue "ENABLE" button
Once you clicked on "ENABLE" in the Nixplay Frame skill page, a new window will appear taking you to the "Nixplay Account Link Page".
3. Link your Nixplay Frame skill with your Nixplay account.
On the "Nixplay Account Link Page", enter your Nixplay username/Password.
Click the blue "Connect" button.
Once it is done successfully it should say
"Nixplay Frame has been successfully linked"
4. You are done!
Try "Alexa, ask my frame to show me my family playlist."
Make sure both Alexa and your Nixplay frame is connected to WiFi.
