Once your Nixplay Cloud frame is setup with Alexa, you may run into the situation where Alexa will tell you:
"I'm sorry but the frame named " + frameName + ", requires a manual update to use this feature. Please contact Nixplay Customer support quoting the error code (S7976). Please see the card in your Alexa app for more details.";
A card prompt is also produced inside the Alexa app for the customer to view
In this case, please contact support to do a manual update with the error code.
