Activated Subscription
Canceling the subscription will stop the account from renewing. You can cancel anytime by following the steps below:
1.Log in to your Nixplay account
2. From the Home page Select your Name on the top right corner
3. Select Subscription
4. Select Manage Subscription
5. Select the Cancel subscription
If your subscription is paid through Google Play or iTunes, please go to iTunes & App Store to manage your subscriptions.
If the subscription was not acitvated, please contact the Nixplay Support Team as soon as possible via phone, live chat, or support ticket.
