There could be a number of reasons why your device isn't pairing with the Nixplay Seed Wave:
- Bluetooth may be turned off on your Nixplay Seed Wave:
- Go into the Bluetooth settings on your Nixplay Seed Wave. If Bluetooth is ON, it should say "Bluetooth On" at the top.
- If Bluetooth is OFF, you will see "Bluetooth Not Available" at the top. Select the "Turn On Bluetooth" button.
- Another device may be already paired with the Nixplay Seed Wave:
- Go into the Bluetooth settings of the Nixplay Seed Wave, if you see "Connected with ", you will need to disconnect the paired device first.
- You can disconnect from the paired device by following instructions for "Unpairing your Bluetooth device"
- Or you can disconnect from the Nixplay Seed Wave by selecting "Disconnect and Enable Discovery Mode"
- Try pairing your device again.
- Your device's profile may have been erased from the Nixplay Seed Wave since the last time you paired it:
- You would need to erase your original Nixplay Seed Wave profile from your Bluetooth device first and pair it again.
- Go into the Bluetooth settings of your device and select options/properties of "Nixplay Seed Wave - XYZ" Select "Forget Device" or "Remove Device" to erase the Nixplay Seed Wave profile from your device (wording may differ on different devices)
- Pair your device the way it was paired for the first time by enabling Discovery Mode on the Nixplay Seed Wave.
- Your device may have never been paired with the Nixplay Seed Wave before:
- If you have never paired your device before, you will not see "Nixplay Seed Wave - XYZ" from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
- You can pair your device by following instruction for "Pairing your Bluetooth device for the first time"
- The Bluetooth on your Nixplay Seed Wave may require restarting.
- Go into the Bluetooth settings of the Nixplay Seed Wave and if you see "Bluetooth On", select "Turn Off Bluetooth"
- When you see "Bluetooth Not Available", select "Turn On Bluetooth"
- Your device may be out-of-range: Move your device closer to the Nixplay Seed Wave.
- Your Nixplay Seed Wave and Bluetooth device may be experiencing interference: Move your Nixplay Seed Wave and Bluetooth device away from other wireless sources.
