Nix Frame Firmware Update Change Logs for (X13B, X13C, X13D, X15E, X17B)

Fix the broken firmware update while using certain USB sticks, by reverting back to manually flashing
the firmware instead of using allwinner's flasher module, for a firmware update.

Increase the priority of the brightness update task to speed up the transition between wake and sleep
Fix the bug on quickly pressing slideshow and return keys

Fix the frame reboot in the browser screen.
Adjust the minimum brightness on X15E01 to fix flickering at lower brightness levels
Fix the image orientation in the slideshow
Fix the video resolution check

Use allwinner's firmware flash module for updating the firmware.
Add hotplug events to show storage device insertion/removal to speed up notifications
Exit firmware update dialog on storage removal.
Add a mechanism to update the browser layout dynamically.
Show storage notifications on the right for vertical panels
Change video warning duration from 8 to 5 seconds
Reset RTC if the year is less than 2019 after a firmware update.
