The simplest solution is to ask the person who gave you the frame if she/he created a new Nixplay account for you. If they did, ask them for the account’s credentials, and use it to log into www.nixplay.com or the Nixplay App (Get it for iOS / Get it for Android).
If the person who gave you the frame used his/her own Nixplay account to upload photos on your frame, ask them to unpair the frame from their account by following these steps. Then create your own Nixplay account, which you can use to upload photos to your frame, by following these instructions.
