If you purchased a Membership:
From the Nixplay Shop
You will receive an email titled "Activate Nixplay Plus" then follow the steps to activate and/or create an account.
If you are still unsure whether your account is activated, just contact customer service at support@nixplay.com and they will check your status.
From the Mobile app
The account that is logged to the mobile app will automatically activate the Nixplay Plus membership.
From the Amazon Bundled Subscription
The subscription will be automatically activated from the First Paired account.
**Good to know:
There is no option to transfer Nixplay Plus subscription to another Nixplay account.
