Simple troubleshooting guide if your frame is on a Black or White Screen.
* FOR WiFi Frames
Check your Mobile App or Web App if the frame is online.
Check if you see a faint display:
If Yes
Check the frame’s brightness settings.
If brightness is set to highest try to perform a Factory Reset for Wi-Fi frames and no memory power cycle for non-Wi-Fi frames.
If No
Identify if the frame is having issues with the power cord.
