Simple troubleshooting guide if the frame if the frame screen is flickering.
Non-Wifi Frames
- Check if the issue is caused by the memory device
- Perform a no memory power cycle, check if the issue will happen if there is no memory device connected to the frame
- If the screen does not flicker without a USB/SD card connected to the frame, try a different memory device

Wifi Frames
- Check if the issue is caused by the memory device
- If the screen does not flicker without a USB/SD card connected to the frame, try a different memory device(For Wifi frames that has USB/SD Card Slot Only)
- Go to the frame menu or settings page and check if the screen is still flickering.
- If the same issue copy the link of this article then send an email to support@nixplay.com and paste the link on the email.
Note: A memory device could cause flickering screen if it draws too much power - for example plugging in an external hard drive. Other root causes could be an aging panel, user-inflicted damage etc
