Simple troubleshooting guide if the frame has Discoloration or Distorted Screen.
Non-Wifi frames
- Check if the issue is happening on selected photos
- If the issue is happening on selected photos, check for possible file corruption or issue.
- If the issue persists on a different photo, try to use a different USB/SD card to check for possible USB/SD card issues.
- If the display is still distorted, check if the issue is happening on the frame’s menu screen without the USB/SD card.

Wifi frames
- Check if the issue is happening on selected photos
- If the issue is happening on selected photos, check for possible file corruption or issue
- Try to upload different new sets of photos and check if the same issue.
- If the issue persists on test photos, try to use a different USB/SD card to check for possible USB/SD card issues (For Wifi frames with a USB/SD Card Slot Only).
- If the display is still distorted, check if the issue is happening on the frame’s menu screen.
- If the Discoloration or Distortion is not happening on the frame Menu or Settings Page try to perform Factory Reset.
